For those who nows, the book of shadows needs no introduction!                                                  Its the life book of every whitch and every person who works and lives by the rules of nature!

For example your recipes, your own rituals, your own diary, you can do all sorts of things with them.

Of course, you can write that down in a notebook or a sketchbook with a hard cover, but it's so much nicer to put that in your own leather book that you have tooled yourself. Often, a sigil is placed in order to give your own Book of Shadows good fibes and energy.
