Whats tarot?

In ancient times, the future was already predicted, from the Egyptians to now, with cards, with stones, reading coffee grounds, you name it, people did it!

But the first cards known as tarot come from an Italian wedding card game in the mid-17th century. When a couple got married, they received a card set from their guests in which their future was predicted for that day,and therelife together, and of course, a game element must have been involved.

In the middle of the 18th century, they became particularly known among the gypsies and later among the well-to-do middle class as fortune cards. Nowadays, there are so many different decks that sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees! One thing they all have in common is that they were once created and described from someone's vision, their knowledge, and that's often where the catch is; it's not your Vision and your Energy and Feeling!

So why not make it yourself? We can come up with many reasons for that, too big, too much too too..... but above all, they are reasons not to let your feelings speak, not to stimulate your imagination!

From my witch's being, I have chosen the magical number 13 from the major arcana cards. Cards that you choose yourself, that you will describe yourself from the tarot decks that exist, which you take as a guideline. You can add or leave out what does not apply to your feeling and energy! And you will transfer that onto a piece of leather. Of course, under guidance.

Dont mistake the time that this workshop will cost you, also at home!                                                    At least 8 hours of work per week at home.                                                                                                    The information and the first homework you got on time to start.

We starts whit 3 full weekends from  10.30 tot 16.00                                                                                    if your deck is not ready, no problem, we have walk in days by appointment.The reasson is that everybody learn things in a difrent way, and that ok.                                                                                Tooling leather is difficult, but easy to learn, and i will help you whit everything!

for the lunch we do a Potluck, everybody brings something and we create a beautifull lunch.

We make our specialty, Soup whit lots of love and mystery, and of course plenty of koffie and tea!
